Common Blueprint Inspector questions
What can the Sandustry Blueprint Inspector show?+−
It can show the factory layout, grouped structures, signal connections, Research requirements, and whether you can build the Blueprint with your current progression.
Is my Blueprint uploaded anywhere?+−
Blueprint inspection runs locally in your browser. The code does not need to be uploaded just to inspect its contents.
Can the Inspector show signal connections?+−
Yes. If a Blueprint includes signal connections, the Inspector can show a signal network and the structure names those links connect.
Why does a Blueprint decode but still not work in my factory?+−
A readable Blueprint copies the layout. It does not guarantee that inputs, energy, heat, filters or signal conditions are set up so the factory actually runs.
